Grand is very professional he doesn't overcharge you but doesn't try to fix things that are not broke when I take my vehicle there every time and his wife who takes care of the office is very nice and pleasant also

I’ve gone to BMUU since arriving in Virginia for maintenance and repairs on my 2015 BMW 328i. They’ve been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. Prices beat the dealership and so does quality of work. Won’t screw your around and make you pay for service you don’t truly need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who loves their BMW.
