Thank you BMUUauto. I am so thrilled with the service of my Car. I purchased my dream car when it hit the Market in Virginia. It was extremely difficult to find knowledgeable mechanics to service Mini Cooper. I did give up seeking a professional and knowledgeable MiniTechnician. I no longer need to fear not finding a professional to service my Mini. I found BMUU Auto Servicer. There is no need to look elsewhere if you live in or near Petersburg, please visit their company. They do what they say and solve the problem. I drove away today after almost giving up. BMUU is the only place I will use regardless where I live.. BTW, I drove away from the Service Shop today in my 2012 and again in perfect condition. Thank you BMUU. Your professional service and knowledge cannot be compared.

Good customer service!!!!! whenever you call to set an appointment they get you in as soon as possible. Always fix the problem and explain to you what’s going on with your vehicle!!! I always recommend this shop to anybody with a BMW!!!

I have brought a 2002 X5, 2007 328i, and 2012 X5 to BMUU through the years. I trust nobody else with my wife's and son's cars and have always felt that I was treated very fairly and the repairs completed properly. The deal sealer for me was when BMUU told me of an alternate place to get my X5 dash and radio pixels fixed for a much lower price than the dealer quoted. These folks are honest, support the community, and I am a loyal customer. Trust is earned, and BMUU has done just that.
