Very honest and respectable people. Went in expecting to pay $700+ (the dealers quote) and they temporarily fixed the problem for there standard service fee. This gave me a bit more time to gather what I needed. BMUU was asking about $300 less than what the dealer is wanting to charge and were very upfront in explaining exactly what needs to be done and what was done to my MINI. I will be going here for all my MINI services here on out. Thank you guys!

Service is always impeccable. Unfortunately, I need to learn that my 1984 733i is not an overnight repair anymore. Thanks Jackie, Brad and the professionals that kept her running like new. She is on bed rest for now until parts become more available.

I cannot say enough great things about the owners of this shop! We needed a repair on our 2014 BMW X3 and we were understandably nervous about the costs and work involved. The repair took less than week from the time insurance was contacted to the car being ready. The process was amazingly painless and the car drives amazing. Would recommend a million times over!
